SEPTA service back to normal after transformer fire shuts down Market-Frankford Line Wednesday
Smoke billowed out from the underground SEPTA entrances in and around City Hall in Philadelphia on Wednesday, but service has been restored and so far there have been no residual delays Thursday morning. Brandon Goldner reports.
