SEPTA says it gets riders' frustrations after signal issues compound delays in morning rush

Already short on Regional Rail cars due to mandatory inspections ordered by the federal government, signal issues on SEPTA Regional rail led to even more canceled and delayed trains Thursday morning. The agency said it gets riders' concerns and pledged to meet Friday's extended deadline to have all of its Silverliner IV railcars inspected.
