SEPTA riders rescued from Philadelphia-bound train; spokesperson says Amtrak routed to wrong track

A train on SEPTA's Wilmington/Newark regional rail line headed into Philadelphia was stopped on the tracks on Thursday morning. A SEPTA spokesperson believes Amtrak mistakenly rerouted the train to the wrong track.
