SEPTA faces tough questions from City Council in Silverliner IV hearing on safety upgrades, repairs

Regional rail riders are fed up with delays, cancellations and packed trains. All of this as SEPTA scrambles to inspect more than 200 Silverliner IV trains. So far, fewer than a quarter have been inspected and SEPTA is up against a looming deadline to get all of them done by the end of the month. The agency faced some tough questions from City Council. Ray Strickland reports.
