SEPTA bus gets stuck in fresh cement in South Philadelphia: "the most Philly thing ever"
A SEPTA bus got stuck in fresh cement outside Termini Brothers Bakery in South Philadelphia this week. Video shows passengers getting out of the bus to remove the barriers blocking the road before the bus tried to drive through and started spinning its wheels.
