Senate passes bill to fund DHS, without ICE, in late-night session

A bill that could resume funding to the Department of Homeland Security and its key agencies like the TSA, while leaving out ICE, passed in the Senate very early on Friday morning. The bill will need to pass the House before it can be signed into law. Josh Sanders has the latest from the Pulse Desk as TSA workers miss their third paycheck since the partial shutdown began.
