Second Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer shot in Holmesburg was released from the hospital
Officers gathered at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital Monday afternoon to greet a Highway Patrol officer who was being released. The officer was shot during a shootout in Holmesburg Sunday morning. The other officer who was shot during that incident was released earlier.
