Safety improvements coming along Main Street in Newark, Delaware after deadly crash

Some much-needed safety upgrades are coming to Main Street in Newark, Delaware. The changes come after a University of Delaware student was hit and killed in April. The city and the Delaware Department of Transportation are adding more stop signs, rumble strips and signs for crosswalks. They'll go on a stretch of Main Street between Library Avenue and Haines Street.
