Route 30 reopens after tractor-trailer overturns near Downingtown, Pennsylvania
The eastbound lanes of the Route 30 bypass in Chester County reopened after being shut down for more than five hours after a tractor-trailer overturned on Tuesday.
According to Chester County Emergency Services, the truck was carrying concrete barriers when overturned.
At least one car was involved in the accident. There are no reports of any injuries so far.
