Press conference: Officials provide update after shooting, chase involving stolen police car
New Castle County police held a press conference Thursday after a man allegedly stole a police car and was shot by an officer after a domestic incident at an apartment complex in Wilmington. The man then led police on a chase on I-95 north into Chester, Pennsylvania, and crashed.
