Police launch new program at 2 North Philly rec centers to create safe spaces, programs for kids
Officials say the Summer Night Lights program is open to kids 17 and younger and will run weekdays from 4 to 8 p.m. from Monday through Sept. 5. There will be a basketball clinic put on by Temple University, health and mental wellness services, free food for kids each night, and more.
