Philly drivers, SEPTA riders continue to navigate the big digout from major winter storm

Workers in snow removal vehicles are still on Philly's streets on Tuesday after a storm dropped the most snow the city's seen in a decade on Sunday. Drivers and SEPTA riders alike are navigating the snowy roads. Joe Holden reports from Southwest Philadelphia and Ross DiMattei is at the Wissahickon Transportation Center.
