Philadelphia students head to school as some streets remain slick with snow, ice

Philadelphia public schools are open today, and so are some schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's school system, but other Archdiocese schools continue to be closed for in-person learning after Sunday's snowstorm. Jan Carabeo reports.
