Philadelphia police making big push to curb high-tech auto theft

Philadelphia police say high-tech auto theft is up, where thieves use things like reprogrammed keyfobs to get into your vehicle. The department will be giving out wheel locks to drivers to keep their vehicles safe. Brandon Goldner reports.
