Philadelphia police investigating after hundreds of tires dumped illegally in Fairmount Park
An illegal tire dumping operation hits a snag in Fairmount Park. Someone dumped several hundred tires; however, the U-Haul truck they were using got stuck. Police are investigating the incident while the city has issued a warning. Joe Holden has the latest on the investigation.
