Philadelphia police identify motorcyclist killed in hit-and-run involving tow truck
Jason Harvey of Southampton, Pennsylvania, was killed Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood after a vehicle detached from a tow truck and struck him, police said.
