Philadelphia police confiscate 18 ATVs, dirt bikes over the weekend
As part of Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker's crackdown on quality of life crimes, police in the city confiscated more than a dozen ATVs and dirt bikes in the city over the weekend, wrote 18 traffic and parking violations, and arrested one person for assault.
