Philadelphia man describes moment he says he helped save boy from flames after Northeast crash

A Philadelphia man says he helped save a boy who was burned when a plane crashed into the ground in Northeast Philly. This is his message for the boy's family: "Ramesses is strong and courageous and truly a warrior for being able to walk himself through that fire."
