Philadelphia and Baltimore team up to adress gun violence in virtual prayer
A joint prayer service Saturday brought the cities of Philadelphia and Baltimore together in an effort to address gun violence. City Council President Darrell Clarke addressed the issues Philadelphia is facing on this issue.
