Pentagon investigating Sen. Mark Kelly over video urging troops to refuse "illegal orders"

The Pentagon says it's investigating Sen. Mark Kelly after he and other Democratic lawmakers, including Pennsylvania Reps. Chrissy Houlahan and Chris Deluzio, released a video urging U.S. troops to defy what they described as "illegal orders" by the Trump administration. Kelly is a former U.S. Navy Captain and astronaut.
