Pennsylvania driver’s licenses could go digital; bill being introduced in House of Representatives

Pennsylvania's driver's licenses could soon go high-tech. State Representative Ed Neilson plans to introduce a bill that would let drivers get a digital version of their license that can be displayed on a smartphone. The Democrat from Northeast Philly says you would still need to have a Real ID before you can request an electronic one.
