Pennie health insurance enrollees can expect higher premiums this year

Many Pennsylvanians who buy their health insurance through Pennie, the state's Affordable Care Act marketplace, can expect higher premiums during this year's open enrollment period. CBS News Philadelphia's Ross DiMattei reports.
