PennDOT, NJDOT and DelDOT are preparing for this weekend's snowfall

With more snow headed our way this weekend. PennDOT, NJDOT and DelDOT are all ready to treat the roads. PennDOT has a special eye out in South Philly for the game. Kerri Corrado reports on how the city and state are prepping for Sunday’s snowfall.
