PECO says damage to gas main that forced I-95 closure appears to be "purposeful"

A portion of I-95 that stretches from Northeast Philadelphia to Bucks County was closed for hours on Easter Sunday as crews worked to repair a damaged 4-inch high-pressure natural gas main, PECO said on Monday. According to PECO, the damage appears to be a "purposeful attempt to cut" the gas pipe.
