Over 70 dogs and cats rescued from a Felton, Delaware mobile home
More than 70 dogs and cats rescued from a Felton mobile home will soon be ready for adoption. Officers removed the animals last week. They said many of the dogs and cats had health and hygiene issues as a result of abuse.
