One dead after explosion and fire at Lancaster inn

One person is dead after an explosion and a two-alarm fire in Lancaster County. Pennsylvania State Police say the blast happened at the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn and may have been caused by a propane leak. It does not seem like any guests were staying at the hotel at the time of the explosion, authorities said.
