Officials revoke permit for carnival at Exton Square Mall because of safety concerns
Police in Chester County say the permit for a carnival at the Exton Square Mall has been revoked because of safety concerns. Police are also looking for suspects involved in a fight that happened in the mall after the carnival was shut down Saturday night.
