Officials investigating explosion and fire at Delaware wastewater treatment facility
Officials are investigating an explosion and fire that broke out at a wastewater treatment facility in Wilmington, Delaware, early Tuesday morning. The 2-alarm fire started around 4:30 a.m. at a plant located on Hay Street, just beyond the 12th Street exit off Interstate 495.
