NTSB releases preliminary report on SEPTA crash at Norristown Transportation Center

The National Transportation Safety Board just released its preliminary report on a crash involving a SEPTA train on the Norristown High Speed Line. The train crashed into a pole in May at the end of the tracks at the Norristown Transportation Center. Two passengers were seriously hurt. They say the investigation will now focus on what the operator did and SEPTA's response.
