NJ Sen. Menendez seeks trial delay
New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez is asking a judge to delay the start of his federal corruption trial for two months. It’s scheduled to begin May 6. His lawyers say they need more time to go through data prosecutors have turned over. He has pleaded not guilty.
