Neighbor uses trash can to fill sinkhole in Philadelphia
Someone used a large trashcan to block off a deep sinkhole in the 4200 block of 17th Street in Philadelphia's Nicetown section. Neighbors in the area say other sinkholes and potholes are forming on nearby streets.
