Missing workers found after parking garage demolished in Grays Ferry
The bodies of Matthew Kane and Mark Scott Jr. were recovered from the parking garage collapse site in Grays Ferry, Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker said early Monday morning. Parker said she will issue an executive order to launch an investigation into what caused the under-construction garage to partially collapse and kill three workers on April 8.
