Man shot while getting off Broad Street Line train in Philadelphia

A man shot in the foot while getting off the Broad Street Line at Allegheny Station is expected to be OK, Philadelphia Police said Sunday. Officials said the shooter fired a gun from the train car, and that two people were arrested.
