Man in stable condition after stabbed in the back in North Philadelphia, police say

A stabbing investigation is now underway in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. Chopper 3 was over the scene on the 2700 block of North 28th Street. Police say officers found a man stabbed in the back. Medics rushed him to a hospital where he is now in stable condition.
