Judge refuses Sean Higgins' request to throw out evidence in Gaudreau brothers' death case
A Salem County judge has refused a request from Sean Higgins, the man accused of driving drunk and killing Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau in August 2024, to exclude evidence.
