Jerry Sandusky seeks to move appeal to federal court
Former Penn State assistant football coach and convicted child sex abuser Jerry Sandusky filed a motion to cancel a planned hearing in a Pennsylvania courtroom next week and seek that his appeal be moved to federal court.
