I-95 south reopens in Philadelphia nearly 1 year after collapse

I-95 south has fully reopened in Philadelphia, nearly one year after a fire collapsed part of the highway in the northeast. Traffic will be fully reopened on each side of the highway by 5 a.m. on Friday, according to PennDOT.
