Gov. Josh Shapiro pitched Pennsylvania’s budget proposal
Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro says he has a budget plan that will make Pennsylvania safer, healthier, and more competitive.
He pitched his budget to a joint session of the general assembly.
His agenda includes more funding for education.
Shapiro also called for more funding for public transit, including SEPTA.
