“Glitter” waste management company launches monthly cleanings in Northeast Philadelphia

How'd you like to help clean up your community and get paid for it? It's part of a new initiative aimed at tackling litter in Northeast Philadelphia neighborhoods. A company called Glitter has partnered with State Representative Jared Solomon to launch the Safe Steps Northeast program. They're hoping to hire five, full-time employees who will do monthly cleanings across over 500 residential blocks.
