Families flock to South Philadelphia for annual Flavors on the Avenue festival

Families, entrepreneurs, artisans and chefs crowded onto East Passayunk Avenue in South Philadelphia Sunday afternoon to soak in the sun and taste some Philadelphia favorites during the 18th annual Flavors on the Avenue festival.
