Exton carnival shut down over safety concerns, police investigating fight inside nearby mall
West Whiteland Police are investigating an assault that happened inside the Exton Square Mall on Saturday, May 12. The assault happened shortly after the Exton carnival was shut down over safety concerns following a large crowd control issue.
