Delco animal organization searching for fox with tube stuck on its neck

Cameras at a feeding station in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, showed a fox with a tube stuck around its neck. Now Broomall organization Goodboy Dog Recovery is trying to locate the animal, whom they've given the nickname "Sly."
