Delaware bill would ban selling energy drinks to kids under 18
Delaware lawmakers are considering restricting the sale of energy drinks to minors. A proposed bill would ban stores from selling drinks with at least 100 milligrams of caffeine per eight fluid ounces to children under the age of 18, but it would not be illegal for kids and teens to have energy drinks.
