D’Angelo, Grammy-winning R&B singer, dies at 51 after battle with cancer

D'Angelo, the Grammy-winning R&B singer, known for his raspy yet smooth voice, has died. He first gained mainstream attention with his "Untitled (How Does It Feel)" music video. According to his family, the singer, whose real name was Michael Eugene Archer, died from cancer. They called him a shining star of their family.
