Community mourns death of state trooper fatally shot during traffic stop in West Caln Township
Pennsylvania State Police troopers covered Cpl. Timothy O'Connor's police SUV with black and purple bunting, and people stopped by the Embreeville barracks to drop off flowers. O'Connor was fatally shot after pulling over an erratic driver, who officials later identified as Jesse Nathan Elks. Elks died by suicide.
