Cody Balmer, suspect in arson at Pennsylvania Governor's Residence, denied bail
Cody Balmer, the man accused of breaking into the Pennsylvania governor's mansion and starting a fire, was denied bail Monday. Balmer told police he was "harboring hatred" toward Gov. Josh Shapiro, according to court documents.
