Cloudy, chilly Groundhog Day in Philadelphia, several inches of snow possible in the Poconos

After a very cold start in the teens Sunday, expect cooler temperatures to stick around with highs in the upper 30s. This evening a warm front will lift north across the area and scattered snow showers are possible. There may be a coating on grassy areas close to I-95 with several inches possible in the Poconos.
