"Bomb cyclone" threatens coastal flood, wind impacts in New Jersey, as brutal cold continues

The Philadelphia area will continue to be extremely cold, with Saturday being our 8th straight day with temperatures below freezing. Meanwhile, a coastal storm with characteristics of a "bomb cyclone" is tracking away from us, but will still bring coastal impacts for the Jersey Shore and Delaware in the form of wind and possible coastal flooding at high tide.
