Body found in garbage can in Mill Creek section of West Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Homicide Unit is investigating after officers found a gruesome discovery inside a garbage can in the city's Mill Creek section. Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of North 47th Street after receiving a report of a deceased body inside a trash can. The person was pronounced dead at the scene by medics at this moment investigators say their sex and age are unknown.
