Bitterly cold temperatures incoming; tracking Philadelphia's winter weather weekend

Chief Meteorologist Bill Kelly advises everyone to shovel and clean off the areas they need to once the snow stops Sunday evening because bitterly cold temperatures beginning Monday will leave conditions icy.
